Templates

Each template follows the structure commonly used for that kind of agreement: the parties, the details specific to the deal, optional extra terms, and signature lines. Required fields are marked, and the document is only exported once they are filled in, so that no essential detail is missing by accident.

The templates are written to be general. They are not drafted for a particular country's law and have not been reviewed by a lawyer in each country.

Countries and regions

The country or region you choose adapts the form: the name of identification numbers, the currency and the date format. It does not make the document comply with that country's law, and the display language never changes the country you selected.

Languages

Every template, label and export is available in 37 languages. The texts are translated and reviewed language by language rather than generated on the fly, and bilingual documents place both versions side by side. Legal terms do not always have an exact equivalent in another language, so check the wording that matters most to you.
