Privacy Policy

The short version: what you type into AnAgreement stays on your device. We do not collect it, store it or send it anywhere. The site is funded by advertising from Google, which uses cookies as described below.

What you type stays with you

Names, addresses, identification numbers, amounts, signatures and every other detail you enter are processed only in your browser. Previews and exports are created on your device. No part of your document is transmitted to us, to advertisers or to anyone else, and we cannot see it.

What is saved on your device

Clear Form removes the current draft, and clearing your browser's site data removes everything. On a shared or public computer, clear the form when you are done.

  • Drafts: the form you are working on is saved automatically in your browser's local storage, so you can close the page and continue later. Only you can reach it, on that device and in that browser.
  • Your colour theme (light or dark).

What we do not do

  • No accounts and no sign-in.
  • No analytics of our own: we do not track how you use the site.
  • We never pass what you type to advertisers or anyone else.
  • Apart from advertising, no third-party scripts or fonts: every other file the site uses, including the fonts for PDF export, is loaded from anagreement.com.

Advertising

AnAgreement shows ads provided by Google AdSense on some pages. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, to limit how often you see them and to measure their performance. With your consent, these ads may be personalised based on your visits to this and other websites.

Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before any advertising cookies are used, and you can change your choice at any time. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Hosting

The site is delivered through a content delivery network. Like any web server, it necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to send you the pages and to block attacks. We do not use this data to identify you and do not combine it with anything else.
