A helper tool, not a legal instrument
AnAgreement is a tool for finding, filling in, previewing, exporting and printing document templates. It is not a law firm, it does not give legal advice, and it does not review, verify or approve any document. Using it does not create a lawyer–client or any other advisory relationship.
You are responsible for your documents
You alone decide what your document says and whether to use, change or sign it. It is your responsibility to check that the content is correct and complete, that it suits your situation, and that it meets the legal requirements of the place where it will be used, such as notarisation, witnesses or registration. If in doubt, consult a qualified lawyer or notary.
No guarantee
The templates, translations and exports are provided as they are, without any warranty. We do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or up to date, that they will have the legal effect you intend, or that they suit any particular purpose, nor that the site will always be available and free of errors.
No liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of AnAgreement or of any document created with it, including financial loss, lost rights or disputes between the parties. Where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Fair use
Use AnAgreement only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to create fraudulent or misleading documents, to impersonate others, or to disrupt the site.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies from the moment it is published.
